1. Information We Collect
To provide video streaming, profile sync, and account features, we collect the following categories of data:
Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign in using Google, Apple ID, or Email.
Device Identifiers: Device model, operating system version, unique installation identifier, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push token.
In-App Purchases & Wallet: Coin balances, unlocked episodes, and active VIP subscription validity (all payments are processed by Google Play Billing / Apple App Store; we never collect or store credit card numbers).
Technical & Diagnostic Data: App crash logs, performance diagnostics, and network status to ensure continuous streaming availability.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your collected information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:
Streaming & Progress Resuming: Storing watch history so you can pick up where you left off on any device.
Push Notifications: Delivering new episode alerts, continuing-watch reminders, and drama recommendations (can be toggled off in Profile Settings at any time).
Personalization: Recommending trending or relevant dramas based on genres you enjoy.
Account Security & Fraud Prevention: Protecting your coins, VIP membership, and preventing unauthorized account tampering.
3. Consent Before Tracking (ATT & Advertising Identifiers)
We respect your privacy choices and strictly obtain your consent before using device tracking identifiers:
Consent Request: On supported devices (such as iOS App Tracking Transparency and Google User Messaging Platform / UMP), you are prompted for explicit permission before advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID) are used for personalized ads or attribution.
Right to Withdraw: You may grant, decline, or revoke tracking consent at any time through your device system settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).
Non-Consenting Experience: If you decline tracking, you will still enjoy full access to all dramas, and will only receive contextual, non-personalized advertisements.
Auto-Renewal Disclosure: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly) unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Advance Billing Notice: Your Google Play or Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active period at the selected plan rate.
Free Trial & 24-Hour Reminder Notice: If a free trial is offered, you will be sent a reminder notification prior to the conclusion of the free trial period (at least 24 hours before any recurring charge takes place). Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
Easy Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
• Android: Google Play Store app > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > FreeDramaShow > Cancel subscription.
• iOS: iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > FreeDramaShow > Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation Guarantee: Cancelling your subscription stops future recurring charges immediately. You will retain full VIP access until the end of your current paid billing period.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with industry-standard, privacy-certified third-party services to deliver app functionality:
Google Play Billing & RevenueCat: Secure digital subscription processing and receipt validation.
Google AdMob: Serving banner, rewarded, and interstitial video advertisements.
In-App Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time by navigating to Profile > Manage Profile > Delete Account inside the mobile app.
Data Purging: When you delete your account, your profile, credentials, watch history, and device tokens are permanently and irreversibly purged from our active databases within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
FreeDramaShow does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has registered an account without parental consent, please contact us and we will promptly remove the data.
